Curtis Bayne | Founder and President | Our experienced team of experts is led by Founder and President Curtis Bayne, who applied the experience he gained in the corporate merchant services world and added his vision to provide outstanding products and customer service when he started Payment Systems Worldwide in 1998. This commitment is demonstrated with personal attention, easy access to practical tools, and ongoing dialogue.

 

Before founding our company, Curtis worked for over a dozen years in sales and merchant services for large corporations, where he gained valuable knowledge that he now applies to the benefit of our clients. This experience and his dedication have helped Curtis lead our business and grow it from a small company catering to traditional card-present merchants to a growing international enterprise that includes high-risk, high-volume clients.

 

Curtis was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Fresno State. He has been a member of the Executive Association of Kern County (EAKC) for seven years, where he has served on the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors, including a recent term as President. He was also a member of the Bakersfield Host Lion’s Club for five years, where he served as President for two.

 

Curtis has won numerous awards for his work in the merchant services industry with special recognition for his agent bank relationships.

 

 

Lori Pritchard | Vice President | Lori applies her more than 25 years of experience in customer service, management, operations, and sales to her role. She also utilizes her extensive retail background with small companies to large corporations to understand the needs of merchants. This knowledge is demonstrated with her commitment to exemplary customer service and products that help our

merchants succeed.

 

Lori’s experience ranges from retail software product development, testing, and training for multinational companies specializing in retail point-of-sale software to merchandising and operations for a division of The Limited. She also served as Director of Operations for a chain of stores in the Midwest and she gained over 13 years of international experience while working in professional positions in Hong Kong, China, Australia, and Canada.

 

 

Brian Hill | Risk Manager | Brian has worked in the merchant services industry for many years. This experience, coupled with his background in retail sales and management, customer service, operations, and human resources assist him in understanding our clients’ needs.

 

Brian’s nearly two decades of experience – including Director of Operations and Human Resources for a professional employer organization and Director of Risk and Underwriting for a credit card and check processing company – helped prepare him for his current role. Notably, Brian was also significantly involved in the product development of one of the first electronic check conversion products

offered to merchants.

 

Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
